What is an AFRINIC Meeting?

AFRINIC holds two open public policy meetings every year in various locations throughout its service region. AFRINIC Meetings provide a unique opportunity for Internet-related individuals and organisations to gather to discuss the policies governing Internet number resource distribution in the African region, to share technical knowledge, and to attend workshops and tutorials. Attendance is free and open to anyone although there may be a charge for some training courses and workshops. All AFRINIC workshops and courses are free of charge. Remote participation is also facilitated and encouraged.
